This is the name of the song and the title of the album. We too often forget to reflect inwardly on our own hearts. This song is about looking to our hearts and showing gratitude to the Creator.

Unfortunately, today divorce is a very real and widespread phenomenon. When it occurs, we usually focus on the couple who are getting divorced forgetting it is often the child(ren) of the marriage who suffers the most.
